TRIM14 Antibody

The protein encoded byTRIM14 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies and its function has not been determined. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TRIM14 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TRIM14 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM14 by ELISA at 1:312500. TRIM14 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM14 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
