KEAP1 Antibody

KEAP1 contains KELCH-1 like domains, as well as a BTB/POZ domain. Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 interacts with NF-E2-related factor 2 in a redox-sensitive manner and the dissociation of the proteins in the cytoplasm is followed by transportation of NF-E2-related factor 2 to the nucleus. This interaction results in the expression of the catalytic subunit of gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase.Western blots using two different antibodies against two unique regions of this protein target confirm the same apparent molecular weight in our tests.This gene encodes a protein containing KELCH-1 like domains, as well as a BTB/POZ domain. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store KEAP1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

KEAP1 antibody can be used for detection of KEAP1 by ELISA at 1:312500. KEAP1 antibody can be used for detection of KEAP1 by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
