ARID3B Antibody

ARID3B is a member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of DNA-binding proteins. The protein is homologous with two proteins that bind to the retinoblastoma gene product, and also with the mouse Bright and Drosophila dead ringer proteins. Members of the ARID family have roles in embryonic patterning, cell lineage gene regulation, cell cycle control, transcriptional regulation and possibly in chromatin structure modification. A pseudogene on chromosome 1p31 also exists for this gene. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ARID3B antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ARID3B antibody can be used for detection of ARID3B by ELISA at 1:62500. ARID3B antibody can be used for detection of ARID3B by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
