KIF22 Antibody

KIF22 a member of kinesin-like protein family. This family of proteins are microtubule-dependent molecular motors that transport organelles within cells and move chromosomes during cell division. The C-terminal half of this protein has been shown to bind DNA. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store KIF22 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

KIF22 antibody can be used for detection of KIF22 by ELISA at 1:312500. KIF22 antibody can be used for detection of KIF22 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
