AFM Antibody

AFM is a member of the albumin gene family, which is comprised of four genes that localize to chromosome 4 in a tandem arrangement. These four genes encode structurally-related serum transport proteins that are known to be evolutionarily related. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store AFM antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

AFM antibody can be used for detection of AFM by ELISA at 1:12500. AFM antibody can be used for detection of AFM by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
