ZFP36L1 Antibody

ZFP36L1 is a member of the TIS11 family of early response genes. Family members are induced by various agonists such as the phorbol ester TPA and the polypeptide mitogen EGF. The gene is well conserved across species and has a promoter that contains motifs seen in other early-response genes. The encoded protein contains a distinguishing putative zinc finger domain with a repeating cys-his motif. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ZFP36L1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ZFP36L1 antibody can be used for detection of ZFP36L1 by ELISA at 1:62500. ZFP36L1 antibody can be used for detection of ZFP36L1 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
