NEUROD2 Antibody

NEUROD2 is a member of the neuroD family of neurogenic basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins. Expression of NEUROD2 can induce transcription from neuron-specific promoters, such as the GAP-43 promoter, which contain a specific DNA sequence known as an E-box. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NEUROD2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NEUROD2 antibody can be used for detection of NEUROD2 by ELISA at 1:62500. NEUROD2 antibody can be used for detection of NEUROD2 by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
