Background
IRF3 is interferon regulatory factor 3, a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. IRF3 is found in an inactive cytoplasmic form that upon serine/threonine phosphorylation forms a complex with CREBBP. This complex translocates to the nucleus and activates the transcription of interferons alpha and beta, as well as other interferon-induced genes.IRF3 encodes interferon regulatory factor 3, a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. Applications Notes
IRF3 antibody can be used for detection of IRF3 by ELISA at 1:312500. IRF3 antibody can be used for detection of IRF3 by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
