PMF1 is part of the MIS12 complex which is required for normal chromosome alignment and segregation and kinetochore formation during mitosis. It may act as a cotranscription partner of NFE2L2 involved in regulation of polyamine-induced transcription of SSAT.

PMF1 antibody can be used for detection of PMF1 by ELISA at 1:312500. PMF1 antibody can be used for detection of PMF1 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
