FOSL1 Antibody

The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store FOSL1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

FOSL1 antibody can be used for detection of FOSL1 by ELISA at 1:312500. FOSL1 antibody can be used for detection of FOSL1 by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
