ID2 Antibody

ID2 belongs to the inhibitor of DNA binding (ID) family, members of which are transcriptional regulators that contain a helix-loop-helix (HLH) domain but not a basic domain. Members of the ID family inhibit the functions of basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors in a dominant-negative manner by suppressing their heterodimerization partners through the HLH domains. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ID2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ID2 antibody can be used for detection of ID2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. ID2 antibody can be used for detection of ID2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
