LEF1 Antibody

Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor-1 (LEF1) is a 48-kD nuclear protein that is expressed in pre-B and T cells. It binds to a functionally important site in the T-cell receptor-alpha (TCRA) enhancer and confers maximal enhancer activity. LEF1 belongs to a family of regulatory proteins that share homology with high mobility group protein-1 (HMG1) . For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store LEF1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

LEF1 antibody can be used for detection of LEF1 by ELISA at 1:312500. LEF1 antibody can be used for detection of LEF1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
