ELK3 Antibody

ELK3 is a member of the ETS-domain transcription factor family and the ternary complex factor (TCF) subfamily. Proteins in this subfamily regulate transcription when recruited by serum response factor to bind to serum response elements. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ELK3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ELK3 antibody can be used for detection of ELK3 by ELISA at 1:12500. ELK3 antibody can be used for detection of ELK3 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
