NFX1 Antibody

MHC class II gene expression is controlled primarily at the transcriptional level by transcription factors that bind to the X and Y boxes, two highly conserved elements in the proximal promoter of MHC class II genes. NFX1 is a transcriptional repressor capable of binding to the conserved X box motif of HLA-DRA and other MHC class II genes in vitro. Three alternative splice variants, each of which encodes a different isoform, have been identified.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NFX1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NFX1 antibody can be used for detection of NFX1 by ELISA at 1:312500. NFX1 antibody can be used for detection of NFX1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
