TFPI2 may play a role in the regulation of plasmin-mediated matrix remodeling. It inhibits trypsin, plasmin, factor VIIa/tissue factor and weakly factor Xa. TFPI2 has no effect on thrombin.

Applications Notes
TFPI2 antibody can be used for detection of TFPI2 by ELISA at 1:62500. TFPI2 antibody can be used for detection of TFPI2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
