SOX13 Antibody

SOX13 is a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. It has also been determined to be a type-1 diabetes autoantigen, also known as islet cell antibody 12. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SOX13 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SOX13 antibody can be used for detection of SOX13 by ELISA at 1:62500. SOX13 antibody can be used for detection of SOX13 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
