HOXB3 Antibody

HOXB3 belongs to ANTP homeobox family. It is a nuclear protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain. HOXB3 gene is included in a cluster of homeobox B genes located on chromosome 17. The protein functions as a sequence-specific transcription factor that is involved in development. Increased expression of this gene is associated with a distinct biologic subset of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) .This gene is a member of the Antp homeobox family and encodes a nuclear protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store HOXB3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

HOXB3 antibody can be used for detection of HOXB3 by ELISA at 1:312500. HOXB3 antibody can be used for detection of HOXB3 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
