GTF2B Antibody

GTF2B is the general transcription factor IIB, one of the ubiquitous factors required for transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. The protein localizes to the nucleus where it forms a complex (the DAB complex) with transcription factors IID and IIA. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store GTF2B antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

GTF2B antibody can be used for detection of GTF2B by ELISA at 1:62500. GTF2B antibody can be used for detection of GTF2B by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
