Background
Condensin complexes I and II play essential roles in mitotic chromosome assembly and segregation. Both condensins contain 2 invariant structural maintenance of chromosome (SMC) subunits, SMC2 and SMC4, but they contain different sets of non-SMC subunits. Applications Notes
NCAPH2 antibody can be used for detection of NCAPH2 by ELISA at 1:62500. NCAPH2 antibody can be used for detection of NCAPH2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
