FANCE Antibody

The Fanconi anemia complementation group (FANC) currently includes FANCA, FANCB, FANCC, FANCD1 (also called BRCA2), FANCD2, FANCE, FANCF, FANCG, FANCI, FANCJ (also called BRIP1), FANCL, FANCM and FANCN (also called PALB2) . The previously defined group FANCH is the same as FANCA. Fanconi anemia is a genetically heterogeneous recessive disorder characterized by cytogenetic instability, hypersensitivity to DNA crosslinking agents, increased chromosomal breakage, and defective DNA repair. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store FANCE antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

FANCE antibody can be used for detection of FANCE by ELISA at 1:312500. FANCE antibody can be used for detection of FANCE by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
