DHDH Antibody

DHDH is an enzyme that belongs to the family of dihydrodiol dehydrogenases, which exist in multiple forms in mammalian tissues and are involved in the metabolism of xenobiotics and sugars. These enzymes catalyze the NADP1-linked oxidation of transdihydrodiols of aromatic hydrocarbons to corresponding catechols. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store DHDH antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

DHDH antibody can be used for detection of DHDH by ELISA at 1:1562500. DHDH antibody can be used for detection of DHDH by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
