DNAJB6 Antibody

DNAJB6 is a member of the DNAJ protein family. DNAJ family members are characterized by a highly conserved amino acid stretch called the 'J-domain' and function as one of the two major classes of molecular chaperones involved in a wide range of cellular events, such as protein folding and oligomeric protein complex assembly. This family member may also play a role in polyglutamine aggregation in specific neurons.This gene encodes a member of the DNAJ protein family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store DNAJB6 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

DNAJB6 antibody can be used for detection of DNAJB6 by ELISA at 1:312500. DNAJB6 antibody can be used for detection of DNAJB6 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
