CSNK2A1 Antibody

Casein kinase II is a serine/threonine protein kinase that phosphorylates acidic proteins such as casein. The kinase exists as a tetramer and is composed of an alpha, an alpha-prime, and two beta subunits. The alpha subunits contain the catalytic activity while the beta subunits undergo autophosphorylation. While this gene is found on chromosome 20, a related transcribed pseudogene is found on chromosome 11. Three transcript variants encoding two different proteins have been found for this gene.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CSNK2A1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CSNK2A1 antibody can be used for detection of CSNK2A1 by ELISA at 1:62500. CSNK2A1 antibody can be used for detection of CSNK2A1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
