DCLRE1C Antibody

DCLRE1C is a nuclear protein that is involved in V (D) J recombination and DNA repair. The protein has single-strand-specific 5'-3' exonuclease activity; it also exhibits endonuclease activity on 5' and 3' overhangs and hairpins when complexed with protein kinase, DNA-activated, catalytic polypeptide. Mutations in this gene cause Athabascan-type severe combined immunodeficiency (SCIDA) .This gene encodes a nuclear protein that is involved in V (D) J recombination and DNA repair. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store DCLRE1C antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

DCLRE1C antibody can be used for detection of DCLRE1C by ELISA at 1:62500. DCLRE1C antibody can be used for detection of DCLRE1C by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
