Background
FEZF1 is a transcription repressor. It is involved in the axonal projection and proper termination of olfactory sensory neurons (OSN) . It plays a role in rostro-caudal patterning of the diencephalon and in prethalamic formation. Expression of the FEZF1 is required in OSN to cell-autonomously regulate OSN axon projections. FEZF1 regulates non-cell-autonomously the layer formation of the olfactory bulb development and the interneurons. It may be required for correct rostral migration of the interneuron progenitors.

FEZF1 antibody can be used for detection of FEZF1 by ELISA at 1:62500. FEZF1 antibody can be used for detection of FEZF1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
