KCNK4 is one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. It homodimerizes and functions as an outwardly rectifying channel. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store KCNK4 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

KCNK4 antibody can be used for detection of KCNK4 by ELISA at 1:312500. KCNK4 antibody can be used for detection of KCNK4 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
