SRPRB Antibody

SRPRB has similarity to mouse protein which is a subunit of the signal recognition particle receptor (SR) . This subunit is a transmembrane GTPase belonging to the GTPase superfamily. It anchors alpha subunit, a peripheral membrane GTPase, to the ER membrane. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SRPRB antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SRPRB antibody can be used for detection of SRPRB by ELISA at 1:12500. SRPRB antibody can be used for detection of SRPRB by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
