ATE1 Antibody

ATE1 is an arginyltransferase, an enzyme that is involved in posttranslational conjugation of arginine to N-terminal aspartate or glutamate residues. Conjugation of arginine to the N-terminal aspartate or glutamate targets proteins for ubiquitin-dependent degradation. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ATE1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ATE1 antibody can be used for detection of ATE1 by ELISA at 1:62500. ATE1 antibody can be used for detection of ATE1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
