ARD1A Antibody

N-alpha-acetylation is one of the most common protein modifications that occurs during protein synthesis and involves the transfer of an acetyl group from acetyl-coenzyme A to the protein alpha-amino group. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ARD1A antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ARD1A antibody can be used for detection of ARD1A by ELISA at 1:62500. ARD1A antibody can be used for detection of ARD1A by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
