HPRT1 Antibody

HPRT1 has a central role in the generation of purine nucleotides through the purine salvage pathway. HPRT1 catalyzes conversion of hypoxanthine to inosine monophosphate and guanine to guanosine monophosphate via transfer of the 5-phosphoribosyl group from 5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate.HPRT1 has a central role in the generation of purine nucleotides through the purine salvage pathway. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store HPRT1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

HPRT1 antibody can be used for detection of HPRT1 by ELISA at 1:12500. HPRT1 antibody can be used for detection of HPRT1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
