Background

GCS1 is the first enzyme in the N-linked oligosaccharide processing pathway. The enzyme cleaves the distal alpha-1,2-linked glucose residue from the Glc (3) -Man (9) -GlcNAc (2) oligosaccharide precursor. Applications Notes

GCS1 antibody can be used for detection of GCS1 by ELISA at 1:312500. GCS1 antibody can be used for detection of GCS1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
