IFNGR2 Antibody

IFNGR2 is the non-ligand-binding beta chain of the gamma interferon receptor. Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. Defects in IFNGR2 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease (MSMD), also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection. MSMD is a genetically heterogeneous disease with autosomal recessive, autosomal dominant or X-linked inheritance.This gene (IFNGR2) encodes the non-ligand-binding beta chain of the gamma interferon receptor. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store IFNGR2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

IFNGR2 antibody can be used for detection of IFNGR2 by ELISA at 1:62500. IFNGR2 antibody can be used for detection of IFNGR2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
