ATP2A3 Antibody

ATP2A3 is one of the SERCA Ca (2+) -ATPases, which are intracellular pumps located in the sarcoplasmic or endoplasmic reticula of muscle cells. This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the translocation of calcium from the cytosol to the sarcoplasmic reticulum lumen, and is involved in calcium sequestration associated with muscular excitation and contraction.This gene encodes one of the SERCA Ca (2+) -ATPases, which are intracellular pumps located in the sarcoplasmic or endoplasmic reticula of muscle cells. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ATP2A3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ATP2A3 antibody can be used for detection of ATP2A3 by ELISA at 1:312500. ATP2A3 antibody can be used for detection of ATP2A3 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
