DGCR2 Antibody

Deletions of the 22q11.2 have been associated with a wide range of developmental defects classified under the acronym CATCH 22. The DGCR2 is a novel putative adhesion receptor protein, which could play a role in neural crest cells migration, a process which has been proposed to be altered in DiGeorge syndrome. Deletions of the 22q11.2 have been associated with a wide range of developmental defects (notably DiGeorge syndrome, velocardiofacial syndrome, conotruncal anomaly face syndrome and isolated conotruncal cardiac defects) classified under the acronym CATCH 22. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store DGCR2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

DGCR2 antibody can be used for detection of DGCR2 by ELISA at 1:62500. DGCR2 antibody can be used for detection of DGCR2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
