IL11RA Antibody

Interleukin 11 is a stromal cell-derived cytokine that belongs to a family of pleiotropic and redundant cytokines that use the gp130 transducing subunit in their high affinity receptors. IL11RA is the IL-11 receptor, which is a member of the hematopoietic cytokine receptor family. Alternative splicing has been observed at this locus and two variants, each encoding a distinct isoform, have been identified.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store IL11RA antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

IL11RA antibody can be used for detection of IL11RA by ELISA at 1:12500. IL11RA antibody can be used for detection of IL11RA by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
