VARS Antibody

Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. VARS belongs to class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family and is located in the class III region of the major histocompatibility complex.Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store VARS antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

VARS antibody can be used for detection of VARS by ELISA at 1:12500. VARS antibody can be used for detection of VARS by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
