IGFBP4 Antibody

IGFBP4 is a member of the insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family. IGFBP4 is a protein with an IGFBP domain and a thyroglobulin type-I domain. The protein binds both insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) I and II and circulates in the plasma in both glycosylated and non-glycosylated forms. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store IGFBP4 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

IGFBP4 antibody can be used for detection of IGFBP4 by ELISA at 1:62500. IGFBP4 antibody can be used for detection of IGFBP4 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
