ROBO2 Antibody

ROBO2 belongs to the ROBO family, part of the immunoglobulin superfamily proteins that are highly conserved from fly to human. ROBO2 is a receptor for SLIT2, molecules known to function in axon guidance and cell migration. Defects in this gene are the cause of vesicoureteral reflux type 2. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ROBO2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ROBO2 antibody can be used for detection of ROBO2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. ROBO2 antibody can be used for detection of ROBO2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
