TTYH1 Antibody

TTYH1 is a member of the tweety family of proteins. Members of this family function as chloride anion channels. TTYH1 functions as a calcium (2+) -independent, volume-sensitive large conductance chloride (-) channel. This gene encodes a member of the tweety family of proteins. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TTYH1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TTYH1 antibody can be used for detection of TTYH1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TTYH1 antibody can be used for detection of TTYH1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
