ATP4B Antibody

ATP4B belongs to a family of P-type cation-transporting ATPases. The gastric H+, K+-ATPase is a heterodimer consisting of a high molecular weight catalytic alpha subunit and a smaller but heavily glycosylated beta subunit. This enzyme is a proton pump that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H (+) and K (+) ions across the plasma membrane. It is also responsible for gastric acid secretion. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ATP4B antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ATP4B antibody can be used for detection of ATP4B by ELISA at 1:1562500. ATP4B antibody can be used for detection of ATP4B by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
