EPOR Antibody

The erythropoietin receptor is a member of the cytokine receptor family. Upon erythropoietin binding, the erythropoietin receptor activates Jak2 tyrosine kinase which activates different intracellular pathways including: Ras/MAP kinase, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and STAT transcription factors. The stimulated erythropoietin receptor appears to have a role in erythroid cell survival. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store EPOR antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

EPOR antibody can be used for detection of EPOR by ELISA at 1:1562500. EPOR antibody can be used for detection of EPOR by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
