SLC25A21 Antibody

SLC25A21 is a homolog of the S. cerevisiae ODC proteins, mitochondrial carriers that transport C5-C7 oxodicarboxylates across inner mitochondrial membranes. One of the species transported by ODC is 2-oxoadipate, a common intermediate in the catabolism of lysine, tryptophan, and hydroxylysine in mammals. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SLC25A21 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SLC25A21 antibody can be used for detection of SLC25A21 by ELISA at 1:312500. SLC25A21 antibody can be used for detection of SLC25A21 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
