SLC22A18 Antibody

This gene is one of several tumor-suppressing subtransferable fragments located in the imprinted gene domain of 11p15.5, an important tumor-suppressor gene region. Alterations in this region have been associated with the Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, and lung, ovarian, and breast cancer. Two alternative transcripts encoding the same isoform have been described.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SLC22A18 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SLC22A18 antibody can be used for detection of SLC22A18 by ELISA at 1:312500. SLC22A18 antibody can be used for detection of SLC22A18 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
