FBXO24 Antibody

FBXO24 is a member of the F-box protein family which is characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif, the F-box. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of the ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-cullin-F-box), which function in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination. The F-box proteins are divided into 3 classes: Fbws containing WD-40 domains, Fbls containing leucine-rich repeats, and Fbxs containing either different protein-protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs. The protein belongs to the Fbxs class. Alternative splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store FBXO24 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

FBXO24 antibody can be used for detection of FBXO24 by ELISA at 1:62500. FBXO24 antibody can be used for detection of FBXO24 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
