GTPBP2 Antibody

GTP-binding proteins, or G proteins, constitute a superfamily capable of binding GTP or GDP. G proteins are activated by binding GTP and are inactivated by hydrolyzing GTP to GDP. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store GTPBP2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

GTPBP2 antibody can be used for detection of GTPBP2 by ELISA at 1:62500. GTPBP2 antibody can be used for detection of GTPBP2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
