DOK5 Antibody

DOK5 is a member of the DOK family of membrane proteins, which are adapter proteins involved in signal transduction. It interacts with phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases to mediate neurite outgrowth and activation of the MAP kinase pathway. In contrast to other DOK family proteins, this protein does not interact with RASGAP.The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the DOK family of membrane proteins, which are adapter proteins involved in signal transduction. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store DOK5 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

DOK5 antibody can be used for detection of DOK5 by ELISA at 1:312500. DOK5 antibody can be used for detection of DOK5 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
