KRT10 Antibody

KRT10 is a member of the type I (acidic) cytokeratin family, which belongs to the superfamily of intermediate filament (IF) proteins. Keratins are heteropolymeric structural proteins which form the intermediate filament. These filaments, along with actin microfilaments and microtubules, compose the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells. Mutations in the gene encoding KRT10 are associated with epidermolytic hyperkeratosis. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store KRT10 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

KRT10 antibody can be used for detection of KRT10 by ELISA at 1:62500. KRT10 antibody can be used for detection of KRT10 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
