SRP68 Antibody

The signal recognition particle (SRP) is a ribonucleoprotein complex that transports secreted and membrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum for processing. The complex includes a 7S RNA and six protein subunits. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SRP68 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SRP68 antibody can be used for detection of SRP68 by ELISA at 1:312500. SRP68 antibody can be used for detection of SRP68 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
