RPN1 Antibody

This protein is a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The encoded protein is part of an N-oligosaccharyl transferase complex that links high mannose oligosaccharides to asparagine residues found in the Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif of nascent polypeptide chains. This protein forms part of the regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome and may mediate binding of ubiquitin-like domains to this proteasome.This gene encodes a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store RPN1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

RPN1 antibody can be used for detection of RPN1 by ELISA at 1:312500. RPN1 antibody can be used for detection of RPN1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
