ARID3A is a member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of proteins which bind DNA. It was found by its homology to the Drosophila dead ringer gene, which is important for normal embryogenesis. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ARID3A antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ARID3A antibody can be used for detection of ARID3A by ELISA at 1:312500. ARID3A antibody can be used for detection of ARID3A by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
